Refund Policy

We offer a return policy on all items if your painting isn't as described or you are not completely happy please notify us within 7 days from receiving the artwork. The item must be returned in its original condition. There are no restocking fees.

Once your return is received by us, we will send you an email advising that we have received your item. Upon approval, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, allow time for banks transfer times.

Missing or damaged goods
All artwork is sent via tracked courier and is insured. All deliveries are to be signed on collection. If there is a delay or goods arrive damaged please contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem for you.
